JULIANNE HOUGH is kicking off her country career in grand style. The "Dancing with the Stars" professional dancer's eponymous country CD shot to the top of the country charts its first week in release.
"I am so excited. I can't believe the album was No. 1 the first week out of the box," she tells ET in an exclusive interview inside her tour bus. "I had no idea what to expect. I can't thank the fans enough that have followed me over from my dancing career to my real passion, which is music. They are the ones who got me there."
"Dancing with the Stars" turned 100 on Tuesday, May 6, and the show partied at the Day After nightclub in Hollywood, following the elimination of the eighth couple -- MARIO and KARINA SMIRNOFF.
"Dancing with the Stars" celebrated its 100th episode on Tuesday night, but the show wasn't all fun and games, as contestant MARIO got the bad news that he'd been voted out of the competition.
The R&B star and partner KARINA SMIRNOFF took the news well, with Mario saying, "I've had a great time performing on this show, I have a great partner."
"Dancing with the Stars" turns 100 on Tuesday, May 6, and the show will celebrate with the return of several of its alum. Season four champs APOLO ANTON OHNO and JULIANNE HOUGH will perform an all-new dance, as will season five finalists MEL B. and MAKSIM CHMERKOVSKIY.

Apolo celebrated his 25th birthday on Tuesday by snagging the mirror-ball trophy on this season's "Dancing with the Stars" with partner JULIANNE HOUGH, besting second-place finishers JOEY FATONE and KYM JOHNSON.

For LAILA ALI, JOEY FATONE and APOLO ANTON OHNO, Monday night's "Dancing with the Stars" showcased the two most important performances of the competition as the trio of couples gave their all to win the "Dancing" mirrored disco-ball trophy. Our THEA ANDREWS was backstage for all the fun!
It was also the public's last time to weigh in on who they would like to become the next "Dancing with the Stars" champion. But, the judges will have one more opportunity when they rate the three opponents' final dance on Tuesday night's results show.

Tonight's the night that the three remaining "Dancing with the Stars" contestants compete one final time for the mirrored disco-ball trophy, but first Olympic speed skating Gold Medalist APOLO ANTON OHNO drops by Stage 28 to visit with MARY HART and MARK STEINES.
"By heart, I am a competitor, and I can't help that," he says when asked if he is in the dancing competition to win. "Everything I have done in life, I have strived to be the best that I can possibly be. If there is an opportunity for me to win, why not?"
"Heroes" star MASI OKA and actress RINKO KIKUCHI of 'Babel' were among the winners at the AZN Asian Excellence Awards in Los Angeles on Wednesday night.
Hosted by "Lost"'s DANIEL DAE KIM and GRACE PARK of "Battlestar Galactica," the evening paid tribute to Asians and Asian Americans in the arts and entertainment.
And then there were three! "Dancing with the Stars" is down to three couples as "Beverly Hills, 90210" star IAN ZIERING and his partner, two-time winner CHERYL BURKE, were sent home on Tuesday night.
"I never really expected to get this far," Ian said after his elimination. "I always tried my best, but honestly, if I hadn't been dancing with Cheryl, I don't think I would have made it to the semi-finals."
The four remaining "Dancing with the Stars" couples -- LAILA ALI and MAKSIM CHMERKOVSKIY, JOEY FATONE and KYM JOHNSON, APOLO ANTON OHNO and JULIANNE HOUGH, and IAN ZIERING and CHERYL BURKE -- were only two dances away from the finals when the competition began on Monday night's performance show, and our KEVIN FRAZIER was backstage for all the fun you didn't see!
Apolo -- whose dad was there showing his support -- and Julianne kicked off the ballroom dance portion of the night with the quickstep. Apolo's goal? "I want to be the first one to get six 10s in one night," he said. So what did the judges think? LEN GOODMAN complimented, "I expected this to be a really good quickstep, and I have to say it was fantastic. It had speed. It had control. I think you have restless leg syndrome, your feet are so fast." BRUNO TONIOLI raved, "The Apolo Express is off on a ride. Your foot work is incredible. You are so precise." CARRIE ANN INABA agreed, saying, "Thank you for stepping the standard way high for the semi-finals. You didn't miss a beat." Apolo and Julianne made it halfway to their goal with three 10s for their first dance of the night -- a perfect score.
The competition is coming down to the wire on "Dancing with the Stars," as the ABC hit bid a fond farewell to singer and "Hannah Montana" star BILLY RAY CYRUS and his partner KARINA SMIRNOFF, who were eliminated on Tuesday night's show.
And much to the shock of the contestants, judge favorites JOEY FATONE and KYM JOHNSON landed in the bottom two this week!
The final five couples in the "Dancing with the Stars" competition performed both a ballroom dance and a Latin number on Monday night's installment of the hit ABC series -- and ET's KEVIN FRAZIER was backstage for the drama you didn't see on TV, where everyone was talking about BRUNO TONIOLI's harsh judgment of BILLY RAY CYRUS' foxtrot, which he called "crap."
"They crushed him, and Billy doesn't deserve that," IAN ZIERING and his partner CHERYL BURKE commented after the show. Judge CARRIE ANN INABA had to agree. "I thought what he said was awful -- [I was thinking,] 'tone it down' ... [but] I love Bruno, and he means well, and I know for a fact he never meant to hurt anybody."
There was lots of hair fluffing and posing practice when the five remaining "Dancing with the Stars" competitors got together at a photo studio for a shoot for the cover of TV Guide -- on newsstands this Thursday -- and ET was there for all the behind-the-scenes action.
"It is extremely flattering," BILLY RAY CYRUS' professional partner KARINA SMIRNOFF commented of appearing on the cover of the magazine. "We worked really hard to get here, so it is like our reward."
TV star JOHN RATZENBERGER said "Cheers" to "Dancing with the Stars" on Tuesday night, as he and his partner EDYTA SLIWINSKA were eliminated from the hit show.
"I'm so excited to have been a part of this, especially [with] Edyta," John told the crowd. As their final dance, the couple started a bunny hop with the remaining contestants.
