"Brothers and Sisters" star and last season's "Dancing with the Stars" runner-up Gilles Marini is taking it all off for a good cause -- a calendar to benefit a children's charity
While Rachel Griffiths has been taking time off from "Brothers and Sisters" following the birth of her daughter, her character -- Sarah Walker -- has been off-camera checking out vineyards in France, where she happens to meet a very sexy Frenchman -- Gilles Marini as Luc Laurent.
Last season's "Dancing with the Stars" runner-up, Gilles Marini, who has joined the cast of "Brothers and Sisters" for five episodes -- possibly more, talks to ET about the new cast of the hit dance competition.
ABC's Sunday night hit, "Brothers and Sisters," is back to work on April 20th, and we joined SALLY FIELD, CALISTA FLOCKHART and PATRICIA WETTIG on the set for a sneak peek!
The Walker family returns for more dysfunctional family fun on Sunday, April 20, and ET was on the set as the cast and crew returned to work.
"It feels great to be back," SALLY FIELD, who plays Nora Walker, tells ET. "Great for me, great for the industry, great for the country and just generally great."
ABC today announced return dates for some of TV's hottest series with new episodes, including "Boston Legal," "Brothers & Sisters," "Desperate Housewives," "Grey's Anatomy," "Lost," "Samantha Who?" and "Ugly Betty."
The writers strike is almost over, and the networks are gearing up their schedules. Toward that end, ABC announced early pickup for nine of its most popular series today. Getting another season will be "Brothers & Sisters," "Desperate Housewives," "Dirty Sexy Money," "Grey’s Anatomy," "Lost," "Private Practice," "Pushing Daisies," "Samantha Who?" and "Ugly Betty."
In the March issue of O magazine, "Brothers and Sisters" star SALLY FIELD surprises OPRAH WINFREY when she reveals the abuse she claims she suffered at the hands of her stepfather that sometimes turned physical.
"He was really big and handsome," Sally says, during the interview which took place in the bedroom suite of her Malibu home. "I was both terrified of him and madly in love with him … My stepfather was both cruel and loving, and, therefore our relationship was very confusing. I felt I was in danger all the time."
Kitty (CALISTA FLOCKHART) and Senator Robert McCallister (ROB LOWE) take a break from campaigning to get married -- and while many think it is a shotgun wedding, because Kitty is pregnant -- the truth is, the couple was engaged before she got pregnant.
When "Brothers and Sisters" premiered last fall, critics labeled it a "troubled" show, because it went through several cast changes and the pilot had to be re-shot with the new actors before the first episode ever aired.
So it was a happy surprise that the series about the dysfunctional Walker family was an instant success for ABC, so much so that it is nominated for three Emmys in its first season.
