The divorce between BRAD GARRETT and JILL DIVEN has been finalized. According to the court papers, the couple split on April 7, 2006. The news was kept quiet until Jill filed for divorce in July 2006. The cause was listed as irreconcilable differences.

ET has obtained court papers that state that the marriage officially ended on Friday, Nov. 2. The judgment contains provisions for the dissolution of the community property and for child support. The parties will share joint legal custody of the two minor children -- MAXWELL, 9, and HOPE, 7.

ET has learned that "Whose Line is it Anyway?" star WAYNE BRADY was served with divorce papers on Tuesday, July 3, by his wife of seven years, MANDIE TAKETA BRADY.

According to the court documents, filed at the Los Angeles Superior Court, the couple, who married in 1999, has been separated since April 5, 2006. The papers cite irreconcilable differences as the reason for the dissolution. Mandie has also requested joint custody of the couple's four-year-old daughter, MAILE.
