Golden Globe and Emmy winner MARISKA HARGITAY returned for another dramatic season of "Law & Order: SVU," airing Tuesday nights at 10 p.m. on NBC, after giving birth to son AUGUST with hubby PETER HERMANN.
Now in its eighth season, "SVU" has been picked up for another year -- and both Mariska, who plays Detective Olivia Benson, and CHRISTOPHER MELONI, who plays her partner Detective Elliot Stabler, will be back!
