Bottles fly, chairs are smashed and men get kicked in places that send them to their knees in the upcoming Christmas episode of "NCIS." It won't air until December, but ET has a sneak peek at how the brawl was shot with series stars Michael Weatherly, who plays Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo, and Cote de Pablo as Ziva David.
The "NCIS" cast -- Mark Harmon, Michael Weatherly, Sean Murray and Cote de Pablo -- spills secrets from the upcoming seventh season of the hit CBS series when they join Mary Hart on the ET stage.
"NCIS" is the one show on television that can stand up against the powerhouse, "American Idol," on Tuesday nights at 8 p.m. Now, Michael Weatherly and Cote de Pablo are on the ET stage to talk about their on-screen chemistry, which is one of the reasons their series is such a hit!
Ziva (COTE DE PABLO) goes undercover on tonight's episode of "NCIS," but her assignment takes a deadly turn when the serial killer she is stalking becomes suspicious.
"The truth is, you are always going to get bumps and bruises," Cote tells ET, which is behind the scenes for all the hand-to-hand combat!
COTE DE PABLO, who plays Ziva David, a former Israeli Mossad agent on "NCIS," exclusively loans ET her home movies from this past summer's trip to Israel. Cote, who had never before vacationed in the Holy Land, was invited to visit by the country's tourism department.
"NCIS" is all shook up when the CBS drama returns for its fourth season tonight at 8 p.m., following the departure of Leroy Jethro Gibbs (Mark Harmon). Gibbs retired from "NCIS" after TPTB allowed a ship with innocent sailors to be blown up in the third season finale. Now, he's down in Mexico building boats, and the NCIS team is under the direction of Tony DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly), who is doing a good job, but isn't Gibbs. Then Ziva gets in trouble, and Gibbs agrees to come back to D.C. to help her out, but not to return to "NCIS."
"I got a call after the Fourth of July that said, 'Don't shave. And have you cut your hair? Don't shave until you come back and we have an idea of what this is going to be,'" Mark tells ET's Jann Carl of the upcoming storyline.
If it's Tuesday, it's time for "NCIS," and this week, the military procedural drama is doing double duty. First, "NCIS: The Complete First Season" DVD arrives in stores today, and then tonight at 8 p.m. on CBS, the NCIS team has an explosive case on its hands as they try to identify the remains of a Marine that were destroyed when the ambulance carrying the body blows up.
"This show is about someone maybe trying to do the right thing for the wrong reasons," MARK HARMON, who plays Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs, tells ET's KEVIN FRAZIER, who is visiting the set. "I think as this show unfurls, there is going to be reason to question the choices people are making both from an NCIS standpoint and a character standpoint."
A suspicious death and a kidnapping have the Naval Criminal Investigative Service team two members short on tonight's episode of "NCIS," airing at 8 p.m. on CBS. The first agent to be lost is Ziva David (COTE DE PABLO), who is given desk duty when a suspect in her custody dies and she becomes the object of an investigation.
"[Ziva] is aggressive in her tendencies and, regardless of whether you want to do it, you've got to do what the book says," series star MARK HARMON, who plays NCIS Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs, tells ET's KEVIN FRAZIER. "What the book says is you are at your desk, your weapon is taken away from you and you ride the desk until we figure out what is going on."
"NCIS" faces stiff competition against "American Idol" on Tuesday nights, but the hit CBS procedural drama, airing at 8 p.m., is holding its own against the powerhouse talent competition. With episodes like tonight's "Iced," in which two young boys out for a lark discover a body frozen in the lake, it's sure to keep viewers tuning in.
"Don [producer DONALD BELLISARIO] said from the beginning that this show was going to catch on and build an audience and grow stronger each year and it has done that," says series star MARK HARMON. "I think the cast this year has done that, and I think we are doing it better in year three than we were doing it in year one. We continue to have the scripts and we stay on schedule. That is important."
Weapons and terrorists and disappearing investigators, oh my! The "NCIS" team members find themselves in deep trouble on tonight's attention-grabbing episode airing on CBS at 8 p.m.
On "Boxed In," MARK HARMON's Agent Gibbs and his gang of investigators are under pressure as they rush to find Tony (MICHAEL WEATHERLY) and Ziva (COTE DE PABLO). The two agents disappear while they are exploring a shipyard that they suspect is housing smuggled weapons.
Not long ago, ET brought you the story of "NCIS" star PAULEY PERRETTE's (Abby) visit to the real Naval Criminal Investigative Service in Washington, D.C. In a turnabout, real-life NCIS Director DAVID BRANT makes a cameo appearance as a special agent on the hit CBS procedural drama -- and ET is there for the "Frame-Up" episode.
"'NCIS' is the wacky crime show," comments MICHAEL WEATHERLY, who plays Tony DiNozzo, of the hijinks that happen on the set. "It is not that slow, gruesome boring thing. It is fast and gruesome."
