'Lost' Star Pleads Not Guilty to DUI

"Lost" star DANIEL DAE KIM has pleaded not guilty to a month-old drunk-driving charge in Hawaii, the Associated Press reports. He was not required to appear at the arraignment on Friday, so his lawyer entered the plea for him and requested a trial date.

The actor was arrested on Oct. 25th for allegedly driving erratically and booked at the Honolulu Police station. He was released shortly after 5 a.m. after posting bail. His license has been revoked for six months, the AP says.

"Lost" star DANIEL DAE KIM was arrested early Thursday morning in Honolulu for allegedly driving drunk, ET confirms.

The actor was booked at the Honolulu Police station and released shortly after 5 a.m. after posting bail.
