"The View"'s SHERRI SHEPHERD and "All My Children" star and former "Dancing with the Stars" competitor CAMERON MATHISON are the hosts for "The 35th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards," airing Friday, June 20 at 8 p.m. on ABC.

REGIS PHILBIN will be honored at this year's Daytime Emmys with a lifetime achievement award, reports the Associated Press.
After joking with KELLY RIPA on "Live with Regis and Kelly" about how it seems like one is supposed to "go slowly into oblivion" upon receiving such an award, he did express his appreciation, saying it is "quite a thrill."
The "34th Annual Daytime Entertainment Emmys" have come and gone, and ET was backstage with some of your favorite daytime stars to get the buzz.
"I have some very interesting irons in the fire right now," said GENIE FRANCIS, who won her first-ever Emmy for her role as Laura on "General Hospital." "Something bubbling in primetime television. I can't quite talk about it yet, but it is looking good. There is also the possibility of making a movie of the week, and a possibility of visiting my home plate ['General Hospital']."

RACHAEL RAY, DR. PHIL McGRAW and the ladies of "The View" are just a few of the nominees set to walk the red carpet tonight for the Daytime Emmys. ET heads to the Kodak Theatre for all the glitzy, behind-the-scenes preparations, including "Rachael Ray" content buddy and former "Survivor" COLBY DONALDSON going tuxedo shopping!
"This is my first awards show," Colby tells ET. "I'm so excited to be here and support our girl Rachael who's up for, count 'em, 7 Emmys!"

"When she called and said, 'Would you speak to my kids?' -- I hadn't spoken to young people in a very long time," JUDGE JUDY tells ET of getting the request from singer CHAKA KHAN to speak to 50 disadvantaged kids from the Los Angeles area.
"Some looked really interested; some looked fascinated with what was going on," she says of the 6th to 8th graders, who were also invited to watch a taping of the Emmy-nominated show. "If I've reached 10 of them, it's been a successful morning."
