Dr. Jan Adams, who made headlines last fall when he performed a surgical procedure on Kanye West's mom Donda shortly before her death, has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.
Police confirm to ET that Adams was arrested this morning at 2:40 a.m. in Solano County, CA, on Interstate 680. He was charged on three counts: DUI, driving with a blood alcohol level over .08 percent, and driving on a suspended license from a previous DUI.

Dr. JAN ADAMS, who performed cosmetic surgery on KANYE WEST's mother DONDA the day before she died, had this to say about the autopsy report released Thursday:
"I hold sacred the bond of confidentiality that exists between a patient and doctor according to the law. Our deepest sympathies continue with the West family and we stand behind our decision to support them during these difficult times.
Exactly two months since KANYE WEST's mother, DONDA, died at the age of 58 the day after undergoing cosmetic surgery, the autopsy report has been released, revealing "coronary artery disease and multiple post-operative factors due to or as a consequence of liposuction and mammoplasty," according to the Los Angeles coroner. "The final manner of death could not be determined. Multiple post-operative factors could have played a role in the death. The exact contribution of each factor could not be determined. There was no evidence of a surgical or anesthetic misadventure."
ET has obtained the dramatic 911 call made by friends seeking help for DONDA WEST, KANYE WEST's late mother. Donda died on November 10, just one day after having a plastic surgery procedure.

Dr. JAN ADAMS will finally speak out about the circumstances surrounding the death of KANYE WEST's mom, DONDA, in an exclusive interview within the pages of the new issue of People, due out this Friday.
In one excerpt from the interview, Adams vehemently denies that his surgery on Donda was rushed: "I find that offensive and sort of unfair. I'm thorough and I do my job well."
