According to numerous reports, RICHIE SAMBORA's 10-year-old daughter AVA was in the car with him when he was stopped on suspicion of DUI. Police confirmed to ET that one adult woman and two juvenile females were in the car when Sambora was pulled over. Ava's mom is Sambora's ex, actress HEATHER LOCKLEAR.

Police confirm to ET that three females were in the car with RICHIE SAMBORA when he was pulled over on suspicion of DUI. They also note that two of the females were juveniles but they could not comment on who the children were.

Police also tell ET that the results of Sambora's blood tests, which won't be back for at least a week, will be handed over to the Harbor Court district attorney's office to decide what charges will be filed.

California Highway Patrol tells ET that 'The Mist' star THOMAS JANE was arrested this morning at 2:43 am for suspicion of DUI. He was initially stopped for speeding while driving south-bound on I-5. The actor was booked at the Kern County Jail and then released, according to authorities.

ET has received court documents showing that PARIS HILTON completed 12 hours of substance abuse education while behind bars.

The completion papers were signed by Paris herself on June 25, 2007 -- the exact day before she was released from Lynwood Jail at 12:01 a.m., June 26.

SHEMAR MOORE, the star of the CBS series "Criminal Minds" who was arrested last month for speeding and suspicion of DUI, has received his sentence.

According to the L.A. City Attorney's office, Moore entered a plea to one count of exhibition of speed and was sentenced to 36 months probation, a $390 fee plus penalties, 80 hours of community service, SCRAM Device conditions and standard DUI conditions (no driving with any measurable amount of alcohol; cannot drive without a valid driver license; must obey all laws).

ET has just learned that rapper EVE was given three years' probation and ordered to wear an electronic alcohol-monitoring anklet after pleading no contest today to one misdemeanor count of driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 or above.

The sentence includes 36 months' probation and 45 days of alcohol monitoring on SCRAM -- a Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitoring program -- an ankle bracelet that automatically tests for alcohol consumption every hour, 24 hours a day.

LINDSAY LOHAN was cited for investigation of driving under the influence early Saturday morning. According to police, the 'Georgia Rule' star was slightly injured when her Mercedes struck a curb.

There were two other people in the car when her 2005 Mercedes SL-65 convertible hit the curb on Sunset Blvd. It was approximately 5:30 a.m. None of the other passengers were injured.

PARIS HILTON will have to serve 45 days in jail for violating probation stemming from a reckless driving case. She has until June 5 to begin her sentence. If she fails to surrender by that negotiated date, she will have to serve 90 days.

Reportedly in tears after the judge's ruling, Paris left the court Friday afternoon and did not make any statements to reporters as she climbed into her waiting vehicle with mom KATHY HILTON.

Actress VIVICA A. FOX was arrested late Tuesday night on suspicion of driving under the influence.

According to a police report obtained by ET, Vivica was driving a Cadillac eastbound on U.S. route 101 in the San Fernando Valley at approximately 10:57, when police officers clocked her speed at 80 mph in a 65 mph zone.
