ET was there as Matthew Broderick, Emma Watson, Dustin Hoffman and other stars of the movie premiered their whimsical CGI-animated family film 'The Tale of Despereaux,' and the actors dished about Broderick's character, the reluctant mouse hero, Despereaux.
EMMA WATSON is taking over the role of Betsy Balcombe in 'Napoleon and Betsy' recently vacated by SCARLETT JOHANSSON, according to the Hollywood Reporter. Johansson opted out of the role when the part skewed younger than originally considered.

Legions of fans dressed as wizards and Deatheaters lined up to snatch Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, J.K. ROWLING's grand finale in the phenomenal, best-selling book series, from bookshelves at 12:01 Friday night, driving it to record sales for booksellers.
Borders book chain reported it sold 1.2 million copies of the book in its first day worldwide, up from 850,000 for the previous book, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, and Barnes & Noble had sold one million in pre-orders.

The third film in the magical mystery tour that surrounds Harry Potter begins on June 4, when 'Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban' opens nationwide. But first, the DANIEL RADCLIFFE-starrer made its London premiere on Sunday, and ET was on the red carpet at Leicester Square with the stars of the film, including Daniel, EMMA WATSON (Hermione), RUPERT GRINT (Ron) and Harry's creator, J.K. ROWLING, to celebrate the blockbuster event.
"I don't think the difference between the second and the third films is distracting," Daniel comments on the fact that the third film has a new director. "It feels very much like part of the series. I think ALFONSO CUARÓN has given it his own twist. The actors are all older and more experienced and now we can do longer takes, which we couldn't have done with CHRIS COLUMBUS (the director of the first two films) because we didn't have the experience."
