ET confirms that Ethan Hawke and his wife Ryan Shawhughes have welcomed a baby girl into the world. Clementine Jane Hawke was born last Friday in New York City, a rep tells ET. 

It is the third child for Hawke, who already has two children with ex-wife Uma Thurman. Hawke married Shawhughes last month in New York.

ET confirms that Ethan Hawke and his girlfriend Ryan Shawhughes were married last month in New York City. 

Hawke, the father of two children with his ex-wife Uma Thurman, is also expecting a baby with Shawhughes, the actor's publicist told the Associated Press in January. Hawke and Thurman divorced in 2004 after a seven-year marriage.

The Associated Press is reporting that ETHAN HAWKE, 37, and his girlfriend, RYAN SHAWHUGHES, are expecting their first baby together. "I can confirm and they are thrilled," Hawke's publicist told AP, going on to say that, "no further details will be made available." Hawke has two children with his ex-wife UMA THURMAN.

Last weekend, it was "family" vs. "firepower" as two new wide releases, 'Are We There Yet?' and 'Assault on Precinct 13,' grappled at the box office against 'Coach Carter' and other holiday holdovers.

Tackling the family film market, 'Are We There Yet?' stars ICE CUBE as Nick, a smooth operator trying to land a date with attractive divorcée Suzanne (NIA LONG). The movie arrived at the No. 1 spot at the box-office in its debut weekend with $18.6 million. When Suzanne is stuck working in Vancouver, really missing her kids, Nick gallantly offers to make her wish come true and drive seven-year-old Kevin (PHILIP DANIEL BOLDEN) and 11-year-old Lindsey (ALEISHA ALLEN) all the way up from Portland, OR. Of course, everything that can possibly go wrong does as the children do what they can to make the trip a nightmare for Nick.

At one point, contract negotiations nearly allowed Jake to step in to replace Kirsten's ex, TOBEY MAGUIRE, in 'Spider-Man 2,' but the amazing Tobey prevailed and reprised his blockbuster role. In addition to their love for spiders, the two adore four-legged critters. They adopted a German-Shepherd-mix puppy together and he reportedly gave her a kitten for her birthday. Sources say they remain close friends.
