ET has just learned that rapper EVE was given three years' probation and ordered to wear an electronic alcohol-monitoring anklet after pleading no contest today to one misdemeanor count of driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 or above.
The sentence includes 36 months' probation and 45 days of alcohol monitoring on SCRAM -- a Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitoring program -- an ankle bracelet that automatically tests for alcohol consumption every hour, 24 hours a day.

Although Jessica performed several songs with her idols PATTI LaBELLE and GLADYS KNIGHT, she said, "They're very classy. They're not diva-like in attitude at all." She also said that while she might be considered a diva by VH1, her husband, NICK LACHEY, doesn't roll out the red carpet at home. "Nick makes fun of me," she explained. "[He says,] I'm a diva with a lowercase 'D' -- a 'divva.'"
