Are you ready for some country? CARRIE UNDERWOOD is set to sing at this summer's CMA Music Festival, the Associated Press reports. And joining the former "American Idol" winner with performances at the June 5-8 event in Nashville are FAITH HILL, TAYLOR SWIFT, KELLIE PICKLER and JEWEL. Last year's event drew 191,000 people over four days, according to the AP.

Country music superstar TIM McGRAW would seem to have it all -- a talented and gorgeous wife, FAITH HILL, a slew of number one hits and awards, and his 11th album, Let It Go, which comes out on Tuesday. But the popular musician is also branching out in his career choices.
The 39-year-old Louisiana native has already segued into acting, with parts in the 2006 children's movie, 'Flicka,' and in the popular 2004 sports flick, 'Friday Night Lights,' with BILLY BOB THORNTON. He'll continue his acting streak with a role in the upcoming thriller, 'The Kingdom,' which co-stars JAMIE FOXX and JENNIFER GARNER.
ET confirms that the Los Angeles home of TIM McGRAW and FAITH HILL was burglarized over the weekend.
Investigators say the break-in occurred sometime between Friday night and Monday morning. No one was home at the time.

TIM McGRAW and FAITH HILL will hit the road for their third joint tour this summer.
The Nashville couple's outing together in 2006 was the highest grossing country concert series ever. Their "Soul2Soul II" tour was the number three North American tour last year, behind the ROLLING STONES and BARBRA STREISAND.

In an online poll conducted by Country Weekly magazine, country music fans say they believe FAITH HILL was joking when she mouthed outrage over CARRIE UNDERWOOD's big win last week. Sixty-five percent of 39,553 surveyed said Faith was just poking fun at her loss.
The backstage goof at the Country Music Association Awards last week made headlines after cameras showed Faith shouting, "What!?" when she lost the Female Vocalist of the Year award to Carrie. Faith said after the show that she was shocked that people took her seriously.

In the wake of two major hurricane disasters, stars continue to heed the call for help in the ravaged Gulf Coast and nearby regions. Saturday night, a parade of do-gooders lent their talent to yet another great cause -- the Mississippi and Louisiana Hurricane Recovery Funds -- with a spectacular concert titled "Mississippi Rising."
