Is ASHLEE SIMPSON really pregnant, or is it just a rumor? Her FALL OUT BOY fiancé PETE WENTZ goes on the defense.
"There is a witch hunt for people to be pregnant whenever they get engaged in Hollywood," Wentz wrote to MTV News Monday, as reported by People.com. "This is all news to me. I can't wait for the story about how I'm really in a gay relationship and this is all just a cover ... I mean really, this is crazy ... I mean, we're engaged, that's true, and happy about it."

FALL OUT BOY's PETE WENTZ has revealed that his depression led him to attempt suicide a few years ago. "I got in my car. I remember I was listening to JEFF BUCKLEY doing LEONARD COHEN's 'Hallelujah' and sat there and took a bunch of Ativan in a Best Buy parking lot," the bassist says in a video for MTV's college channel MTVU promoting the Jed Foundation's Half of Us campaign.
PETE WENTZ, of the rock band FALL OUT BOY, revealed Monday night on his FriendsorEnemies.com profile that he broke his foot on Sunday while performing in New Orleans at the Voodoo Festival. Not only that, but the guitarist -- and boyfriend of ASHLEE SIMPSON -- also divulged photos of the injured foot along with this note to his fans:

To honor the synergy between singers and their passion for fashion, the Conde Nast Media Group is gearing up for its Fourth Annual Fashion Rocks event, airing September 7th at 9 p.m. on CBS.

Hailing from Wilmette, Ill, Fall Out Boy formed in 2001 and quickly established a large cult following. Signing with Fueled By Ramen records, they released their first full length album, Take This To Your Grave, in 2003. Propelled by alternative radio airplay, an extensive tour schedule and heavy rotation on mtvU, the album eventually went gold and catapulted the band into worldwide fame.

Emo-rock band FALL OUT BOY are planning a trip to Uganda in July to raise awareness about the plight of refugees in the war-torn area, MTV News reports.
Last weekend, bassist PETE WENTZ took part in a nationwide protest organized by the California nonprofit, Invisible Children, which aims to provide education and economic aid to displaced children in Uganda.

FALL OUT BOY bassist PETE WENTZ is known for rocking the airwaves, but now the young musician -- who's recently been seen out and about with ASHLEE SIMPSON -- wants to rock the runways.
According to Women's Wear Daily, Wentz -- who started his own clothing line, Clandestine, last year -- is teaming up with DKNY Jeans to launch a capsule collection, set to come out in August.

Emo-rockers FALL OUT BOY paid their dues coming up through the Chicago underground scene, and they broke into the mainstream with their 2005 smash hit record From Under the Cork Tree. Now they're back with the high-octane rocker Infinity on High!
The album opens with a short introduction by JAY-Z (who is of course CEO of Def Jam, sister label to FOB's label Island Records) before ripping into the expansive "Thriller." Up next is the snappy "Take Over, The Breaks Over," a powerful tune powered by the inspired vocal howls of frontman PATRICK STUMP.
