ROB and SHERYL LOWE's former nanny LAURA BOYCE and her laywer GLORIA ALLRED held a press conference today to comment on the lawsuit she has filed against the couple in Los Angeles County Superior Court. Boyce was unable to speak through her sobs but says she was shocked to be sued by Lowe.  The Lowes deny all allegations.

Following reports that a second nanny had filed a lawsuit against ROB LOWE and his wife, STANTON "LARRY" STEIN, an attorney for the Lowes, released the following statement to ET:

"Having struck out against ROB LOWE, GLORIA ALLRED now seeks to drag his wife and children into the fray. In response to a lawsuit against LAURA BOYCE by the Lowes, Ms. Allred filed a cross-complaint on behalf of Boyce, which contains false allegations, in an apparent attempt to divert the negative publicity which Allred’s client, [JESSICA] GIBSON, has universally received.

KEVIN FEDERLINE's attorney, MARK VINCENT KAPLAN, is speaking out on the "secret witness" who is represented by GLORIA ALLRED, BRITNEY SPEARS' ex-bodyguard, TONY BARRETO.

Gloria represents Tony, who made a sealed declaration to the court about what he says he witnessed while working for Spears, but the bodyguard was not asked to testify in court.

Attorney GLORIA ALLRED is opening up to ET about the fact that her client, BRITNEY SPEARS' ex-bodyguard TONY BARRETTO, was not asked to testify in court Monday. Allred also calls her client's claims "explosive and bombshell accusations," saying: "Had he been called to testify from the witness stand, and be examined under oath, he would have testified to her [Britney] being under the influence while in the presence of her children and to safety issues involving the children."
