HUGH GRANT has been tapped to star in 'Lost for Words,' a comedy about a British actor chosen to appear in a film by a prominent director, played by Chinese-born actress ZIYI ZHANG, Variety reports. 

In the Universal Pictures flick, Grant initially falls for the Chinese filmmaker's translator, but soon realizes the true object of his affection is the director herself. Comic conflict ensues when the translator is the only person who can communicate his true feelings, and she clearly has her own motives.

HUGH GRANT has been arrested for allegedly attacking a photographer with a tub of baked beans.

According to a spokesperson for the London police, the 46-year-old 'Music & Lyrics' star turned himself in on Wednesday after he was asked to come in and file a report of the incident.

LIZ HURLEY and her Indian businessman beau ARUN NAYAR wed Friday night in a private civil ceremony in England -- and continued their celebration Saturday evening at a lavish wedding party at Sudeley Castle, near Winchcombe, Gloucestershire.

The couple, who have been dating for four years, will also have an elaborate wedding in Mumbai, India, Nayar's hometown, it is being reported in the Times of India. The wedding and the attending parties will be one of the big social events of the year. For this second event, it is purported that the model/actress will wear a sari.

ET has confirmed that HUGH GRANT has ended his relationship with his girlfriend of approximately three years, JEMIMA KHAN.

The 46-year-old star, whose new romantic comedy with DREW BARRYMORE, 'Music & Lyrics,' opened on Valentine's Day, was just seen out in public with the 33-year-old Jemima at both the London and Los Angeles premieres of the movie.
