TOBEY MAGUIRE is back as Peter Parker in 'Spider-Man 3,' and the new dad of five-month-old baby RUBY talks about the perks of parenthood and the darker side of the new adventure.
"Fatherhood is great," Tobey tells ET. "I love being a dad, I love my daughter. It's nice having a family. All those clichés are true -- it's just that indescribable, kind of amazing thing."
If you want to be among the first to see 'Spider-Man 3,' then Japan is the place to be. Sony Pictures Entertainment has announced that the third installment of the popular movie franchise will debut there on May 1, three days before it swings into U.S. multiplexes.

Warning: The "Jackass" boys are back and poised to take over the box office this weekend, whether you like it or not. JOHNNY KNOXVILLE, STEVE-O, WEE MAN, BAM MARGERA and crew bring their sophomoric antics to the big screen for 'Jackass: Number Two,' their highly anticipated follow-up to the sleeper hit that surprised audiences and critics alike in 2002. Raising the ante on the shtick they invented for their cult MTV hit (which made Knoxville a star), look for an untold number of over-the-top stunts and below-the-belt hits to alternately crack up and gross out every audience member who dares to catch this pop culture phenomenon.
Other movies opening in wide release this weekend include 'Flyboys,' a World War I saga focusing on the daring American pilots who took to the skies over Europe, inspired by the true story of the legendary Lafayette Escadrille. Under the command of French Captain Thenault (JEAN RENO) and the leadership of American veteran Reed Cassidy (MARTIN HENDERSON), JAMES FRANCO and his young squadron face off in the air against German foes in their newly-invented, mechanically-imperfect aircraft while discovering love and loyalty on the ground.
Hot off his critical acclaim for the heart-wrenching, inspirational 'World Trade Center,' NICOLAS CAGE is back on the big screen this weekend with 'The Wicker Man,' an update of the creepy, 1970s cult flick.
In theaters starting September 1, 'The Wicker Man' stars Nic as Edward Malus, a sheriff haunted by the memories of a little girl killed in a fiery highway explosion. Months later, a former girlfriend's daughter disappears, and Malus seizes his opportunity for a second chance.
