Britney Spears' young son Jayden James was taken to the Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center on Sunday after reportedly having a reaction to something he ingested, and now Britney's Web site has an update on his health and whereabouts.

Britney Spears Loses Visitation

ET confirms a court commissioner has ordered that BRITNEY SPEARS cannot visit her sons SEAN PRESTON and JAYDEN JAMES until she complies with court orders.

The ruling followed yesterday's emergency hearing.

The news comes on the heels of last week's court ruling in which the custody order for Britney's two small children had been modified to allow the embattled pop singer to have one overnight visit per week with her boys with ex-husband KEVIN FEDERLINE. The visits were to have been monitored by the same monitor who has already been working on the case.
