Jenna and Barbara Bush, the daughters of former President George W. Bush, are reaching out to Malia and Sasha Obama in an open letter, where they offer advice and share their insight on being kids in the White House.
The bride chose wildflowers to put in the back of her hair and the President's eyes dampened with tears as JENNA BUSH took her vows on Saturday. Gown designer LELA ROSE is giving us the scoop on the first daughter's outdoor wedding, from the bridesmaids' dresses to the cake!
"The sun was setting right as they were exchanging their vows, and it just could not have been a prettier wedding," Lela says. "There were several happy tears shed by most everyone. I did see a little dampness in the President's eyes!"
President GEORGE BUSH opened up about his daughter JENNA's romantic wedding ceremony on Sunday, saying: "This Mother's Day weekend was awfully special for [my wife] LAURA and me. Our little girl, Jenna, married a really good guy, HENRY HAGER. The wedding was spectacular. It's just -- it's all we could have hoped for. The weather cooperated nicely; just as the vows were exchanged the sun set over our lake and it was just a special day and a wonderful day and we're mighty blessed."
As promised,JENNA BUSH wore a structured organza wedding gown by OSCAR DE LA RENTA with embroidery, a bit of matte beading and a short train. The first daughter married HENRY HAGER at her father's Texas ranch on Saturday, and her bridesmaids were dressed in seven different styles of knee-length dresses, each a different shade of Texas

Hail to the Chief's daughter! JENNA BUSH, 26, has tied the knot with her fiance HENRY HAGER, 30. The couple wed Saturday just before sunset at the Bush family's Crawford, Texas, ranch in a private, outdoor ceremony.
"This is a joyous occasion for our family, as we celebrate the happy life ahead of her and her husband, Henry," President GEORGE W. BUSH said in his Saturday radio address. "It's also a special time for Laura who this Mother's Day weekend will watch a young woman we raised together walk down the aisle."
The hour of JENNA BUSH's nuptials grows near, but the first daughter didn't wait until the weekend to start celebrating!
The Bush family festivities began on Friday with a bridal lunch, rehearsal dinner and a "Texas-sized" party in the small tourist village of Salado, where Jenna, Barbara and their mother, first lady LAURA BUSH, spent the day, the Associated Press reports. And the party really picked up when President GEORGE W. BUSH arrived on the scene by motorcade later that night!

PRESIDENT BUSH's daughter will hold the ceremony at her family's ranch in Crawford, Texas, the mag reports. The wedding will be small and Jenna has already picked out her bridesmaids.

Jenna's fiancé, HENRY HAGER, hails from Richmond, VA, and proposed to the first daughter on Wednesday in Maine. Henry, 29, helped campaign for Jenna's dad in 2004, and is currently in his second and final year at University of VA -- Darden School of Business. He's also the son of JOHN HAGER, former Virginia lieutenant governor (1997) and current U.S. Education Department assistant secretary.
