After 15 seasons of trauma, traction and tears, "ER" is finally closing its doors and giving its highly-anticipated swan song tonight on NBC. Some of Hollywood's most gorgeous stars -- John Stamos, George Clooney, Maria Bello and Shane West -- have all scrubbed up for NBC's long-running hospital drama. Take a look at the dreamy docs who have both mended and broken hearts along the way.
Be sure to tune into NBC tonight for "ER"'s final good-bye.
After making outlandish comments last week on an Australian TV show, JOHN STAMOS tells TV Guide.com, "I was not drinking, I do not have an alcohol problem, I am not DAVID HASSELHOFF."
Blaming a rigorous travel schedule and the sleeping pill Ambien, Stamos spoke exclusively to TV Guide.com about his recent bizarre behavior Down Under.
Actor JOHN STAMOS has released a statement regarding a recent interview in Australia, in which the "ER" star was reportedly bleary-eyed and slurring his speech.
"John has been traveling extensively for the past few weeks in Greece, Egypt and Tokyo and had a difficult time adjusting to the time difference in Australia, which in turn led to many sleepless nights since his arrival," says a spokesperson for the star. "He acknowledges that his behavior was completely out of character during these interviews and apologizes."

Little did producers NEIL MERON and CRAIG ZADAN suspect just how hot their "Wedding Wars" cast would be when they hired JOHN STAMOS and ERIC DANE to star in the A&E movie. Since then, Dane has become totally hot as Dr. McSteamy on "Grey's Anatomy," while Stamos is getting temperatures -- and ratings -- rising on "ER."
"Wedding Wars" is the story of what happens when the gay and lesbian communities -- and those who support them -- go on strike in order to get the right to marry. Shel (Stamos) is the gay brother of Ben (Dane), a political consultant to the governor, who is asked by Maggie, Ben's fiancée (played by BONNIE SOMERVILLE), to be their wedding planner. Ben works for Maggie's dad, the governor of Maine (JAMES BROLIN). When Ben writes an anti-gay marriage speech for the governor, who reads it at a press conference, Shel goes on strike, which leads to all kinds of complications.

NEW YORK YANKEES captain DEREK JETER has a new commercial out, and ET's KEVIN FRAZIER is behind the scenes with the sports heartthrob!
"It's easy for me because I have no lines," Derek says with a laugh. "I have the utmost respect for actors. It's something that I could never do, but it's fun to get an opportunity to get out here and do something like this."
With all the Dr. Greys and Dr. Houses emerging in TV's medical world, veteran drama "ER," now in its 13th season, has held its own, thanks in large part to the addition of JOHN STAMOS as Tony Gates to the cast.
After the recent trial and tribulations of his personal life were widely publicized, Stamos reveals that the show provided him the stability he was searching for.
Gay marriage is a hot-button issue on the front pages of newspapers across the country, but in the new A&E movie, "Wedding Wars," JOHN STAMOS and JAMES BROLIN tackle the issue with a sense of humor.
"I didn't really think about the character being gay other than he was in love with a man," admits John, who has previously played the gay emcee in Cabaret. "I didn't think of playing a stereotype. I loved his passion. I loved what he believed and how he went about it. The movie has a nice message."
She's blonde; she's beautiful; and she can belt out a tune. LUCY LAWLESS is just full of surprises as ET's MARK STEINES discovers when he drops by the recording studio where the "Xena: Warrior Princess" star is laying down tracks for her song on the star-studded soundtrack, Unexpected Dreams: Songs From the Stars.
"I did Broadway a number of years ago and have kept a hand in singing," says Lucy, who played Rizzo in a production of Grease. "My voice teacher ERIC VETRO was doing an album and asked if I wanted to be on it, and, of course, I said yes. I am really thrilled to find myself in the company of these amazing people like SCARLETT JOHANSSON."
"Jake in Progress" is back for a second mid-season run, premiering Monday, January 9 at 8:30 p.m. on ABC. For those who haven't seen it, it is the story of a hip, New York publicist (played by JOHN STAMOS), who is trying to change his womanizing ways and settle down with one woman.
"I loved the idea of playing a publicist," John tells ET special correspondent CARLOS PONCE. "When we first talked about it, I had just seen the MICHAEL MOORE movie 'Fahrenheit 9/11.' I loved the whole spin doctor aspect, where if you tell somebody a lie often enough, they believe it. That was an interesting concept for the character."
After five months of separation, JOHN STAMOS filed for divorce from wife REBECCA ROMIJN on Thursday.
The golden couple succumbed to the pressures of Hollywood in April, when a spokesperson released the following statement: "John Stamos and Rebecca Romijn-Stamos confirm they are separating from their marriage. The split is amicable and they have asked that the media please respect their privacy regarding this situation during this difficult time."
Despite her split from hubby JOHN STAMOS and a scary run-in with the paparazzi, REBECCA ROMIJN-STAMOS braved the red carpet Thursday night to celebrate the premiere of her new movie with GREG KINNEAR and ROBERT DE NIRO -- 'Godsend.'
Our own MARK STEINES was front and center at Hollywood's world-famous Grauman's Chinese Theatre where the glowing Rebecca got a much warmer welcome from the paparazzi.
