"CSI: Miami" has one of the hottest casts in television: David Caruso as Lieutenant Horatio Caine, Emily Procter as Calleigh Duquesne, Adam Rodriquez as Eric Delko and Jonathan Togo as Ryan Wolfe.

David Caruso and the rest of the "CSI: Miami" gang is back at work.
"CSI: Miami" will be one of the first shows back on the air with new episodes now that the writers strike is over. The target date for the re-launch is Monday, March 25 -- and, in order to meet that date, DAVID CARUSO, EMILY PROCTER, KHANDI ALEXANDER, JONATHAN TOGO and the rest of the cast and crew are back at work.
"CSI: Miami" is finishing up its season with a bang as the final episode of the year begins with a huge explosion at a home owned by a member of the Mal Noche gang: Horatio Caine's (DAVID CARUSO) sworn enemies!
"The explosion makes it a little more dynamic, a little more exciting," ADAM RODRIGUEZ, who plays Eric Delko, tells ET. "The explosion ends up pulling a few heartstrings. It also brings the reality of what a lot of these cops face every day -- the fact that something like this can happen at any given moment."
The attacks get personal as two of "CSI: Miami"'s finest are shot on tonight's episode -- the first part of the two-part season finale. Our CARLOS PONCE heads down to the steamy set to find out who lives -- and who may not be so lucky!
"There's been a little gunplay today," star DAVID CARUSO tells our Carlos. "One of our guys got injured and, more importantly, a very significant person to me and Eric Delko (ADAM RODRIGUEZ)."
Horatio Caine (DAVID CARUSO) and Marisol Delko (ALANA DE LA GARZA) are heading for the chapel -- actually the courthouse -- on tonight's episode of "CSI: Miami," all dressed up in their Sunday best for the purpose of getting hitched.
"I have a little moment of glamour and I am trying to live up to it," David kids around for the ET cameras. On the more serious side, he explains the rush wedding with just the two of them in attendance.
With summer just around the corner, "CSI: Miami" is heating things up on tonight's episode as romantically involved pair Horatio and Marisol move forward in their relationship when they're forced to make a very tough decision.
"We've come a long way in a short period of time," DAVID CARUSO, who plays Horatio, tells ET. "And with Marisol there's a little bit of a complication in that she's pretty ill."
Spectacular stunts are what sets "CSI: Miami" apart from the other two shows in the "CSI" franchise, and tonight's episode, airing at 10 p.m. on CBS, is no exception, when a Bonnie and Clyde-type of couple jump off a bridge into the waters below to escape capture, but possibly to their death!
"We do the biggest, most Bruckheimer-y [after exec producer JERRY BRUCKHEIMER] stunts in the business," says JONATHAN TOGO, who plays CSI team member Ryan Wolfe. "As spectacular as they are to watch on television, it is that awesome to see in person, too. Everyday, I am amazed and shocked."
"CSI: Miami" star EMILY PROCTER stopped by the ET set to chat with MARY HART about her role on the hit CBS series, airing Monday nights at 10 p.m.
"There is a lot of me in Calleigh," she admits. "It has been one of the most rewarding career experiences for me to feel like I have this family. And to have to sneak in character in certain ways [on a procedural drama] is very fulfilling."
"CSI: Miami" kicked off its fourth season with the addition of a new cast member when "All My Children" star EVA LA RUE landed the role of Natalia Boa Vista. Natalia is the new DNA expert who has a grant to clean up the department's cold cases, and she is bringing her special brand of chemistry to the team.
"She is a beautiful woman," says co-star JONATHAN TOGO (Ryan Wolfe), who also is a relative newcomer to the show, having joined in the third season. "She is a talented woman -- and she beat me at checkers. We love Eva La Rue."
When "CSI: Miami" premiered this season, it laid to rest one of its own: CSI Tim Speedle (RORY COCHRANE) was killed in the line of duty as he worked with Horatio Caine (DAVID CARUSO) to solve a kidnapping. There wasn't a dry eye in the house, as the cast acted out the funeral with all the pomp and circumstance required for an officer fallen in the line of duty, including a flag-draped coffin and a 21-gun salute.
"Rory is not replaceable," Caruso tells ET. "What you don't do is attempt to replace him, you find an additional cast mate who is different. Rory will always be a large part of this show and was instrumental in why it was successful."
