"Boston Legal" star JULIE BOWEN and husband SCOTT PHILLIPS welcomed their first child on Tuesday, April 10 in Los Angeles, it was reported by People magazine. OLIVER McLANAHAN PHILLIPS was born at 10:15 p.m. He weighed in at 6 pounds, 15 ounces, and measured 19 inches long.
It was last November when Bowen revealed that she was expecting, and her pregnancy was written into the show by exec producer DAVID E. KELLEY, who couldn't resist putting in a slight twist. Denise (Bowen) discovered she was having a baby, but wasn't sure if the father was Brad Chase (MARK VALLEY) or Jeffrey Coho (CRAIG BIERKO). The two men were made to take DNA tests, and Brad turned out to be the baby daddy.
