The country-palooza featured performances by BRAD PAISLEY, KELLIE PICKLER, SUGARLAND, CARRIE UNDERWOOD and more, and was hosted for an unprecedented 10th time by legendary REBA McENTIRE, who joked that when she started with the show, "Underwood was a typewriter, Sugarland was a doughnut shop and a 'pickler' was someone who made pickles!"
The singer, who was once married to RENEE ZELLWEGER, got his foot crushed in a stage elevator mechanism as he came out to begin his set. Not wanting to let down the fans, he waited until after his performance to seek medical attention, according to CMT.
