The next cast of celebs gearing up to shed pounds and count calories on VH1's "Celebrity Fit Club" has been announced, among them Kevin Federline and Bobby Brown. Take a look at photos of the new cast!
"Celebrity Fit Club"'s seventh season is set to premiere on VH1 in February.
On Sunday night, ABC will reveal the new cast of its hit competition show, "Dancing with the Stars," in interstitals hosted by Tom Bergeron in the network's regularly scheduled programming: "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition," "Desperate Housewives" and "Brothers & Sisters."
It's final!
Britney Spears and her lawyers have crossed the t's and dotted the i's on their custody settlement agreement with Kevin Federline and his legal team -- and ET has the papers HERE!
The settlement has been finalized, according to The Associated Press, and in papers filed in L.A. Superior Court that were obtained by ET, Britney must pay her ex-hubby's lawyers, Kaplan & Simon, a final sum of $250,000 to cover their legal fees, while her monthly child support of $15,000 has been upped to $20,000 per month, beginning July 15.
A source tells People magazine that as part of her custody settlement with Kevin Federline, Britney Spears supposedly must pay her ex $20,000 a month in child support -- a hike from the reported $15,000 she used to owe.
The mag's source also claims that K-Fed's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, has been compensated to the tune of $250,000 in legal fees for the case.
Britney Spears' settlement agreement forged with Kevin Federline allows the pop star to visit her little boys -- Sean, 2, and Jayden, 1 -- three nights a week, plus two overnight stays for starters, the Associated Press reports.
If that arrangement goes according to plan, she could end up caring for her little boys about 40 percent of the time, her attorney Laura Wasser tells the AP.
With Britney and K-Fed both having agreed to a custody settlement, K-Fed's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan tells ET that it's only a matter of time before the court signs off on the pact as well.
That will happen "sometime in the very near future," but not before the end of Friday, Kaplan said, adding: "Most importantly, a need to go to trial in August has been averted."
A rep for Kevin Federline's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, tells ET that Kaplan will walk into court this morning with a settlement agreement signed by both Federline and Britney Spears. But the settlement may not be final today because the judge will likely take a few days before signing off on it.
Britney's attorney told ET outside the courtroom today, "Britney is doing really well and she will have the kids overnight tonight."
ET has confirmed that the final hearing in Britney Spears' custody case has been postponed until Friday.
The hearing was scheduled to take place Tuesday, but the attorney for Britney's ex Kevin Federline, Mark Vincent Kaplan, told OK! magazine that he needs more time to prepare for the hearing.
The commissioner handling the BRITNEY SPEARS conservatorship granted permission for the pop star's Studio City home to be sold, according to City News Service. This follows news reports that the singer has been looking at properties in the Calabasas area, which is closer to her ex, KEVIN FEDERLINE, and her two sons.
BRITNEY SPEARS celebrated Father's Day weekend with her dad (and co-conservator) JAMIE SPEARS in Las Vegas Friday. According to People magazine, Britney lounged poolside in a cabana at Palms Place, where she caught some rays and noshed on fruit before heading off to dinner with a friend. Meanwhile, her ex KEVIN FEDERLINE was in town enjoying a little Sin City fun of his own.
There was a hearing held today in the BRITNEY SPEARS and KEVIN FEDERLINE custody case, but the Associated Press reports that custody of little SEAN, 2, and JAYDEN, 1, has not changed.
Just in: ET has obtained new court papers related to BRITNEY SPEARS and KEVIN FEDERLINE's custody hearing on May 6. Click here to read the papers.
As ET reported last week, a modification on their temporary custody arrangement was reached; although there was no change in custody, Britney was granted a "graduated expansion of time."
ET confirms that BRITNEY and KEVIN are out of court for the day and that a modification on their temporary custody arrangement has been reached; although there's no change in custody, Britney has been granted a "graduated expansion of time."
BRITNEY SPEARS is now heading back to court to resume the custody hearing that began earlier this morning. The pop star was seen holding hands with her mom LYNNE and her dad JAMIE was seen walking behind them.
