KID ROCK has pleaded not guilty to battery, a charge that stems from an alleged fight that broke out at an Atlanta Waffle House last fall according to The Associated Press.

KID ROCK is in the clear in a copyright infringement case, a judge has ruled. The Associated Press reports a judge dismissed a claim that his single "Somebody's Gotta Feel This" copied another musician's song.

According to Las Vegas District Attorney DAVID ROGER, KID ROCK will not be charged for punching fellow musician TOMMY LEE at last month's VMAs in Las Vegas.
Although PAMELA ANDERSON's two ex-husbands both had heated words for each other following the incident, Rock partially has Lee to thank for getting off the hook. "Tommy Lee requested we not proceed with the prosecution of Kid Rock," Roger says. "The two individuals reside out of state, and the victim was not injured in the fight therefore we honored the victim's wish not to prosecute."
