The lawyers of actress Brooke Shields released a statement to ET after reports surfaced of the actress witnessing the alleged argument between Kiefer Sutherland and fashion designer Jack McCollough.

ET has received a statement from the lawyers of Kiefer Sutherland regarding the "24" actor's alleged altercation with fashion designer Jack McCollough at a nightclub last week.
A representative for Jack McCollough, the man who claims he was headbutted by "24" star Kiefer Sutherland, is speaking out about his alleged injuries.
ET has learned that "24" star Kiefer Sutherland has left the New York City police station that he turned himself in to earlier.
A police source tells ET that Kiefer Sutherland has been charged with assault in the third degree for allegedly headbutting fashion designer Jack McCollough at a nightclub on Tuesday.
