The legendary Mary Tyler Moore guest stars in the second season of "Lipstick Jungle" as Wendy's (Brooke Shields) mother, who has her own ideas about how her daughter should live her life. In this scene, the two can't even agree while at the farmer's market.

When KIM RAVER signed on to star as Nico Reilly, editor-in-chief of a hot fashion magazine with an eye toward becoming CEO on "Lipstick Jungle," she had no idea she would soon be expecting. So, the former "24" star gave birth to her second child, a son, last October, and had to deal with her pregnancy weight while shooting the show about three high-powered women in Manhattan, who are dressed to the nines.
"Lipstick Jungle," is based on the novel by "Sex and the City" author CANDACE BUSHNELL and premieres tonight at 10 p.m. on NBC.

BROOKE SHIELDS is one woman who appears to have it all. She is married to writer/producer CHRIS HENCHY, has two daughters and a successful career as an actress and an author.

NBC is trading Chicago's emergency medical staff for a trio of NYC power women when the network launches its mid-season schedule.
BROOKE SHIELDS leads a trio of successful ladies in "Lipstick Jungle," which will replace "ER" in the Thursday night timeslot starting February 7.

ET: Do you find new aspects to Jack's character every season?
KIEFER SUTHERLAND: It is imperative. It makes it challenging. It is the one thing that makes it interesting. There is a great fear after doing films and starting a show of playing the same character for a long time. The great experience that I have had has been, instead of making the broad choices of doing a film like 'Dark City' and then being able to go and do a film like 'The Vanishing,' which are night and day, you end up having to make 15 or 20 small changes to a character over the course of a year, and that has taught me more about acting than anything I have ever experienced.

SCOTT WOLF looks like he would play the total good guy, but on ABC's "The Nine" -- the series about nine people held hostage in a bank robbery gone bad -- his character engages in some dicey activity. First there is the mystery of what he did during the heist that made his fiancée have second thoughts about telling him she was pregnant with his child. Then, back at the hospital, he injected the wounded bank robber with a substance that could have caused his death -- but was caught in time.
"He is not a criminal," Scott says of his character, Dr. Jeremy Kates. "It is one of those things where there was this sense of his own turmoil and conflict about what happened inside the bank -- and the grave injustice of what is happening right now in his world. [He feels] this injustice can't continue, so he takes it into his own hands to fix it."

TIM DALY ("Wings") is back on the tube in the critically acclaimed series, "The Nine," as a cop who becomes a hostage in a bank robbery.
The twist is that the story really begins when the hostages are released. It is only in flashbacks that viewers learn what really happened during the 52 hours that the nine people who survived the robbery were in the bank.

From creator and co-executive producer Hank Steinberg ("Without a Trace"), "The Nine" is a drama about nine strangers who survive being hostages in a bank robbery gone wrong. During the 52-hour standoff, the nine witness the death of two of their fellow hostages.
When it is all over, the lives of these nine people will never be the same. They alone know exactly what happened during those 52 hours, and they develop a common bond based on that fact.
ABC threw a big bash at Kid's Space in Pasadena, California, and the stars of the "Desperate Housewives" --
The fact that James -- who plays Mike -- was there was a definite indication that Wisteria's Lane hot plumber is still alive after a near-death experience in the second season finale.
