ET has obtained papers related to the custody of Kimora Lee and Russell Simmons' two daughters.
Kimora Lee has obtained sole legal and physical custody of their two young daughters, Ming, 8, and Aoki, 5. Russell will have visitation with the girls for one week every eighth week with additional summer vacation and holiday time. Kimora Lee will have the legal authority to make all decisions regarding their daughters' health, education and welfare.

KIMORA LEE SIMMONS, estranged wife of RUSSELL SIMMONS, filed for divorce from the hip hop icon on Tuesday, People reports. Citing irreconcilable differences, Kimora, 32, asked for legal and physical custody of their daughters, MING, 8, and AOKI, 5. She also requested "reasonable child visitation" privileges for Russell, 50, with the addendum that he be accompanied by the kids' nanny and security personnel during visits, according to the mag.
The couple announced their breakup in March 2006, though they admitted to People that they'd already been separated "for some time." Rumors are now swirling that Kimora is pregnant with her actor boyfriend DJIMON HOUNSOU.
