"Dancing With The Stars"' Melissa Joan Hart, hubby Mark Wilkerson, and kids Mason and Brady partnered with kid-cool clothing line 77kids by american eagle for the launch of Operation Warm. Operation Warm provides new winter coats to children in need through a variety of donors and community organizations around the country. The partnership with 77kids by american eagle consists of $7 donations for every coat purchased on the 77kids Web site, and will continue through Oct. 13, 2009. Following that, consumers are encouraged to make donations to the Operation Warm organization directly through its Web site. Both Melissa and Mark were dressed in American Eagle, while Brady and Mason wore 77kids by american eagle graphic thermals and corduroy pants.

MELISSA JOAN HART, who gained fame on "Sabrina, the Teenage Witch" and 'Drive Me Crazy,' is expecting her second child, People reports.

A rep for Hart says that she is four months along. The actress and her husband, MARC WILKERSON, have a son, MASON, who was born in January 2006.

DR PHIL and ROBIN McGRAW make the holiday a happy one for 30 children of military personnel based in Iraq on this week's "Dr. Phil." ET was behind the scenes for the big bash, which the couple held at their home in Beverly Hills, CA.

"You want to focus on giving at Christmas," Dr. Phil tells ET. "We thought there would be no better place than for these children whose parents are deployed to Iraq, are in harm's way and not home for the holidays. Robin said, 'I just want to open our home for these children.'"
