Lisa Kudrow's 'Comeback'

"Sex and the City" meets "Friends" when MICHAEL PATRICK KING, the former exec producer of the groundbreaking HBO series, joins forces with LISA KUDROW for a brand-new comedy, "The Comeback." Premiering June 5 at 9:30 p.m. on HBO, the series stars Lisa as Valerie Cherish, a washed up B-list sitcom star so desperate to return to her former glory that she agrees to star in a reality series called "The Comeback."

"No, this is not a nightmare," Lisa comments when asked if this was something she came up with as a result of leaving "Friends." "It was just something that made me laugh. If you hang around in the business, you meet people like Valerie."
