More than thirty former Miss USA® contestants will be prowling the catwalk in a high-profile fashion show on Saturday night in Vegas, and ET has the details.
For the second year in a row, the Miss USA contestant fell during the Miss Universe pageant!
Miss USA (2008) Crystle Stewart, tripped on the train of her evening gown walking onto the stage in Nha Trang, Vietnam when her name was announced for making it into the top 10. The Texas beauty queen recovered elegantly by getting back up, applauding herself and finishing her walk with grace.

You probably saw them strutting their stuff in high heels and teeny weeny bikinis during Friday night's Miss USA pageant. So how did these beauty contestants get those super-flat abs and tiny waists? Diets, squats and, for some, the occasional ziti binge!
"I was on a very strict diet plan," Miss Maine tells us. "I had a nutritionist and a trainer."
Miss USA, TARA CONNER, will crown her successor tonight when the "Miss USA 2007 Pageant" airs at 9 p.m. on NBC. Fifty-one leggy lovelies will compete for the title -- one from each of the 50 states plus the District of Columbia.
ET went backstage at the rehearsals and caught up with some of the contestants.

In December, embattled Miss USA TARA CONNER was expected to be stripped of her crown after various publications accused her of drug use, underage drinking and scandalous behavior unbecoming of a beauty pageant queen.
Now, after being given a second chance by pageant co-owner DONALD TRUMP and a renewed perspective from rehab, Tara is speaking out to ET's MARK STEINES in an in-depth interview on the various accusations she had to endure in the public eye -- like reports of her taking men back to her apartment.
After being given a second chance as Miss USA, TARA CONNER will complete her treatment for alcohol abuse and is scheduled to be out of rehab in a week and a half.
Now, the latest twist in the Miss USA story is news that the beauty queen may pose for Playboy magazine, and pageant co-owner DONALD TRUMP tells ET that he is considering the offer.

DONALD TRUMP called in Thursday night as a guest on "LARRY KING Live" to discuss his war of words with ROSIE O'DONNELL.
The Donald continued to blast Rosie for the comments she made about him on "The View," saying that he told BARBARA WALTERS that Rosie is going to destroy her show.
ET confirms that Miss Nevada USA KATIE REES has been dethroned. The beauty pageant winner, 22, was stripped of her crown on Thursday after inappropriate photos of her emerged on the Internet.
The photos show Rees kissing other women and exposing herself while at a party in Tampa, FL.
A new Miss USA scandal is brewing: Revealing photos show 22-year-old Miss Nevada KATIE REES partying a little too heartily with some pals.
Many of the pictures show the beauty queen exposing herself to the camera, kissing and fondling other semi-nude women in a bar. As the current title holder, who was just crowned in October, Miss Nevada is scheduled to represent her state at the Miss USA pageant to be held in Los Angeles this spring.
