Hollywood's biggest stars were shinning bright as they gathered to help celeb jewelry designer Neil Lane unveil his flagship store Wednesday night in Los Angeles. Stars Tori Spelling, Lisa Rinna, Nicky Hilton, Debi Mazar, and Rachel Griffiths joined the designer at his glitzy new boutique to celebrate its opening.
