MILANA DRAVNEL, the woman who is linked to scandalous photos allegedly of OSCAR DE LA HOYA, spoke out today about the reported $100 million defamation suit she's filed against the boxer-promoter -- and ET was there! Speaking outside the courthouse, Dravnel claimed that the pics were stolen from her, and that De La Hoya "wants to play games." And her outspoken attorney SALVATORE STRAZZULLO said the photos are not doctored, and that his client merely "wants her credibility back." Dravnel is suing boxing's "Golden Boy" on five counts, including infliction of emotional distress.

OSCAR de la HOYA and his wife of over six years, MILLIE CORRETJER, welcomed a new baby on Saturday, December 29, according to People magazine. The little girl, named NINA LAUREN NENITTE, was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico at 4:36 p.m. and weighed 7 lbs. 13 oz.
It's been over a week since photos that appear to depict prizewinning boxer OSCAR DE LA HOYA in fishnet stockings, high heels and a miniskirt surfaced. He has maintained the images were fake. Now, for the first time he is going on camera to talk about the controversy -- only to ET. The boxing champ met with our MARK STEINES in Los Angeles for a candid and heartfelt interview. He tells Mark of the pain the situation has caused his family and meets our questions with sincerity. Was he in the Philadelphia hotel room where the photos were taken? How does he know MILANA DRAVNEL (the woman who said she took the photos and later told a different story to the press)? And what does Boxing's Golden Boy want to say to his legions of fans?

In the wake of the OSCAR DE LA HOYA fishnet scandal, the boxer's attorney, BERTRAM FIELDS, is speaking only to ET in response to statements made by MILANA, the mystery woman who says she took the shocking alleged photos.

MILANA claims to be a friend of De La Hoya (who has been married to superstar MILLIE CORRETJER since 2001). ET's THEA ANDREWS asked her if she could prove that the photos are authentic and not doctored.
Sources tell ET OSCAR DE LA HOYA is headed back to the states from London today after promoting the WBC welterweight fight, featuring boxers FLOYD MAYWEATHER and Great Britain's RICKY HATTON, overseas in Manchester, England. Oscar's company, Golden Boy, is hosting the match on Dec. 8th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
ET has just received a new statement from BERTRAM FIELDS, attorney for OSCAR DE LA HOYA regarding photos that appear to depict the boxer in a brown wig, fishnet bodysuit and high heels:
"Oscar does know the woman who we believe is selling these photographs to the tabloid media. But he assures me that the photos are phony. He has asked me to pursue his legal remedies. Because we are contemplating legal action, Oscar will make no further comment at this time."
OSCAR DE LA HOYA's attorney has released a statement to ET regarding photos that surfaced on the Internet appearing to depict the boxer in a fishnet bodysuit and high heels wearing red boxing gloves.
The statement reads: "The photographs depicting Mr. De La Hoya's image that were posted online today by an obscure paparazzi Web site are fake. Many of the Web site's viewers (as reflected in postings on the site) identified the photos as 'a really bad photoshop job.' Unfortunately, with today's technology, anyone can make any photo seem like something other than it is.
