ET has obtained court documents detailing RAY LIOTTA's court hearing for a reckless driving charge he received February when crashed into two parked cars.

The Superior Court of California, Los Angeles accepted the prosecution's statement that "alcohol/drugs were involved in the incident" and consented to Liotta's no contest plea, sentencing him to three years of probation.

The 52-year-old actor was alone in his car at the time. There were no injuries.

Oscar winner CHARLIZE THERON will star alongside rapper ANDRE 3000, WOODY HARRELSON and RAY LIOTTA in 'The Battle in Seattle,' Variety reports.

Charlize is already close to the project -- her main squeeze, STUART TOWNSEND, is writing and directing the film. 'Battle' will mark his directorial debut.

As the No. 1 network, CBS doesn't have many fixes to make to its fall schedule, but there are a few timeslots where new programs will be added, with JAMES WOODS, STANLEY TUCCI, SKEET ULRICH, RAY LIOTTA, VIRGINIA MADSEN and JOE PANTOLIANO adding their star power in several new shows.

Woods is set to headline the legal hour-long series "Shark," also starring JERI RYAN. Pantoliano, who was "The Handler" in 2003, returns to CBS in "Waterfront," playing a not on the up-and-up mayor (mid-season); Ulrich stars in the apocalyptic drama "Jericho;" and Madsen and Liotta play career criminals in "Smith."

Former "Friends" star LISA KUDROW is making a serious comeback this summer. The comedienne not only headlines HBO's "The Comeback," about a former star struggling with age in the ranks of B- and C-list Hollywood jobs, but she's also going brunette in the dark ensemble comedy 'Happy Endings,' opening in limited release July 15.

"[My son] didn't love it," Lisa tells ET about her new hair color for the role, "but I was more worried about my husband, because he likes me blonde. But he liked it."
