REBECCA DE MORNAY has been sentenced to three years probation in relation to her DUI arrest last year. According to the Associated Press, she pleaded no contest through her attorney and was ordered to complete a three-month program for DUI offenders, serve three years summary probation and pay $350 plus penalties.

The actress was charged by the Los Angeles District Attorney's office with two counts of misdemeanor DUI, offenses which allegedly occurred on the night of October 30, 2007. According to authorities, her blood alcohol level that night was above the legal limit of 0.08 percent.

ET confirms that REBECCA DE MORNAY was charged today by the Los Angeles District Attorney's office with two counts of misdemeanor DUI, offenses which allegedly occurred on the night of October 30, 2007.

REBECCA DE MORNAY was stopped by the Beverly Hills Police Department for a traffic violation on Tuesday, October 30, at 10:31 p.m., at which time, the officers smelled alcohol. The police say that they ran field sobriety tests on the "John From Cincinnati" actress, and determined that her blood alcohol level was .09, which is above the legal limit. She was arrested and taken to the Beverly Hills Police Department, where she was cited and released at 12:44 a.m.
