LINDSAY LOHAN is spending her time in rehab reading, working in a local Utah grocery store, writing in her journal and working with horses, according to OK! magazine.
"It's a very sobering experience to have someone tell you that you're going to die," a source tells OK!, stressing that Lindsay is taking her second stay in rehab this year very seriously.
ET has an exclusive account of LINDSAY LOHAN's rehab stay from a fellow patient who just completed treatment at the Cirque Lodge in Utah.
JANE P., who left the center on Tuesday, says she believes Lindsay checked into the center last Thursday night -- and that her arrival and stay has been disruptive to other men and women in the program.
ET Online broke the news at 4pm Sunday that LINDSAY LOHAN has entered the Cirque Lodge drug and alcohol rehab in Sundance, Utah -- the third time the embattled star has entered rehab this year.
According to sources within the facility, the 21-year-old star arrived this weekend to begin the intense rehabilitation program that is expected to last a minimum of 30 days.
ET confirms that celeb BRIGITTE NIELSEN has checked out of the Cri-Help rehab facility, which she entered on July 9.
"She is doing great," her rep tells ET. "She is glad she is out of rehab and knows that the hard work is about to really start. She only wishes that she had done it earlier. She is surrounded by her family and friends and is aware that this is a lifetime commitment."
JUST IN TODAY: BON JOVI's rep tells ET that guitarist RICHIE SAMBORA has completed his stay at a treatment facility in Los Angeles.
"Richie Sambora has completed a program at the UCLA Medical Center," the rep said in a statement. "He is doing well and continues to receive outside support."
The producers of LINDSAY LOHAN's latest film are speaking out after the actress checked herself into Promises treatment center in Malibu on Monday.
SHIRLEY MacLAINE and ROB HICKMAN, the producers of 'Poor Things,' have released a statement through their publicist on the future of Lindsay's involvement with the film in light of her recent troubles.
BRITNEY SPEARS has posted a new message to her fans on her official Web site, in an attempt to "reach out to all of you and explain some of the things that I have been faced with recently."
The embattled pop princess opens up about what led to some of her attention-grabbing antics, and what caused her to enter "a very humbling place called rehab" earlier this year.
LINDSAY LOHAN was cited for investigation of driving under the influence early Saturday morning. According to police, the 'Georgia Rule' star was slightly injured when her Mercedes struck a curb.
There were two other people in the car when her 2005 Mercedes SL-65 convertible hit the curb on Sunset Blvd. It was approximately 5:30 a.m. None of the other passengers were injured.
JONATHAN RHYS MEYERS checked himself into rehab this week, just after the busy "Tudors" star completed filming on 'August Rush' with KERI RUSSELL, ROBIN WILLIAMS and TERRENCE HOWARD in New York City.
"After a non-stop succession of filming, Jonathan Rhys Meyers has entered an alcohol-treatment program," his rep tells ET. "He felt a break was needed to maintain his recovery."
The dentist who treated BRITNEY SPEARS earlier this week is opening up to ET.
DR. BILL DORFMAN confirms that while Brit was not in to see him today, she did visit for routine dental work and teeth whitening earlier this week. The doc is the pop princess' regular dentist, and he says, "Britney is just trying to get a normal life back together, she's being a mom, going to the dentist, getting her teeth whitened like everyone else in Hollywood -- she's as happy as could be."
ET has obtained a copy of WYNONNA JUDD's divorce papers -- the singer has split from her husband, D.R. ROACH, after his arrest on three counts of aggravated sexual battery against a minor under the age of 13.
ET can confirm that BRITNEY SPEARS visited a Los Angeles area hospital Sunday evening, setting off a paparazzi frenzy so intense that police were called in.
ET reports that she walked into the emergency room, was there for over an hour, and then left.

STEVIE NICKS gets candid in a revealing new interview with ET, going on the record about what it was like to be under the influence of Klonopin, the same powerful tranquilizer -- along with nine other drugs -- that were found in ANNA NICOLE SMITH's autopsy report.
The singer was shocked to learn the drug connection between herself and the late Playboy Playmate, but in retrospect, she says the effects were apparent.
