In papers obtained by ET, RICK SALOMON joins his wife PAM ANDERSON in citing "fraud" as the reason their brief marriage should be annulled. Salomon, who became Anderson's third husband in early October 2007, filed papers in Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday; Anderson earlier asked the court to nullify their short union due to "fraud." In court papers obtained by ET, PAMELA ANDERSON's lawyers filed papers on December 28 that show that RICK SALOMON was served with divorce papers on December 15.
On December 17, ET reported that Anderson had filed for divorce -- the same day that Anderson posted a blog on her Web site saying "We're working things out..."

ET confirms that after less than three months of marriage, PAMELA ANDERSON has filed for divorce from her husband RICK SALOMON. But is there a reconciliation on the way? Today, Pam writes this message on her Web site: "We're working things out..." She does not go on to clarify whether or not she's referring to Rick or their marriage.
The couple was married October 6 at the Mirage Hotel and Casino Las Vegas. Pam was previously married to rockers TOMMY LEE and KID ROCK. Rick was previously married to SHANNEN DOHERTY and actress ELIZABETH DAILY.
