Only months after winning an Oscar® for playing a ruthless oilman in 'There Will Be Blood,' DANIEL DAY-LEWIS may star in a new musical, according to Variety.

The trade reports that Day-Lewis is in talks to play the role of Guido Contini, which was originally to have been played by fellow Oscar-winner JAVIER BARDEM.

Most people dream of turning 65, so they can retire from their jobs and lead lives of leisure. Not TONY BENNETT, who, at 80 years old, is still going strong. He celebrates this milestone birthday with his music special, "Tony Bennett: An American Classic," tonight at 8 p.m. on NBC.

Most of the duets on the hour-long special appear on Bennett's latest album, Duets: An American Classic, and include both new and established performers such as BARBRA STREISAND, ELTON JOHN, STEVIE WONDER, JOHN LEGEND and MICHAEL BUBLÉ. One performance that does not appear on the album is a duet of "Steppin' Out with My Baby" with CHRISTINA AGUILERA.
