ET confirms that actor-comedian TOM ARNOLD has filed for divorce from SHELBY ROOS, his political consultant wife, citing "irreconcilable differences." They married in 2002.

Arnold filed for a legal separation last August in Los Angeles Superior Court, but six months later, the 'True Lies' star asked the courts to dismiss his request as the couple reconciled.

Country music legend JOHNNY CASH, known as "The Man in Black," has died. According to a Nashville hospital, the 71-year-old crooner passed away Friday due to complications from diabetes, which resulted in respiratory failure. He had just been released on Tuesday from a two-week hospital stay for a stomach ailment. His wife, JUNE CARTER CASH, passed away in May after heart surgery.

His daughter ROSEANNE CASH left New York yesterday to be with her father. She was with him when he passed and said, "The family of Johnny Cash in this sad hour is greatly comforted by the outpouring of love and respect for his remarkable life. We also take comfort in the knowledge that he is again reunited with his dearest companion, June. Our lives and inded the entire planet will forever feel the emptyness of his loss, but his music and the greatness of his spirit will endure."
