ET confirms the news that country cutie SARA EVANS is set to tie the knot! The country music star and her boyfriend, radio host JAY BARKER, are engaged.
The betrothal comes only a year and a half after the breakdown of her marriage to CRAIG SCHELSKE, which necessitated an early exit from her stint on ABC's "Dancing with the Stars."
JORDIN SPARKS and her dad, former Giants' player PHILLIPPI SPARKS, were among the many famous sports fans savoring the team's big fourth-quarter win over the New England Patriots Sunday, 17 to 14.
The 35-year-old country singer, who dropped out of "Dancing with the Stars" in October after she filed for divorce from her husband of 13 years, will join her fellow celebrity hoofers in Nashville on January 21 as part of the ABC reality show's road tour.
However, Sara will only be participating on that one night, the Associated Press reports.
Like many Hollywood unions that fall apart, the split often provides more sparks than the marriage itself. DAVID HASSELHOFF filed for divorce from his estranged wife, PAMELA BACH, on January 12, and she responded with her own filing the very next day. Both parties made claims against the other -- Pamela cited physical abuse, while David made claims that Pamela was abusing prescription and illegal drugs. Both parties categorically denied the others' claims.
On March 6, a judge ordered David to stay 100 yards away from Pamela except for peaceful contacts related to court-ordered visitations. The bitter separation between Hasselhoff and Bach led to a final custody agreement arranged by the court in May, detailing joint custody of their two daughters, TAYLOR-ANN and HAYLEY AMBER.

After 10 weeks of competition, America voted, and the disco-ball trophy went to EMMITT SMITH and CHERYL BURKE, this year's "Dancing with the Stars" champions.
It was a close vote, but it was left up to America to make the final decision when the judges awarded tie scores to Emmit and Cheryl, and MARIO LOPEZ and KARINA SMIRNOFF at the end of Tuesday night's competition.
