Hollywood.tv spots Kelly Osbourne -- wearing matching shades with her bleach blond boyfriend -- out with mom Sharon doing a little shopping at Chanel on Robertson Blvd. just before lunch. The threesome step over to celebrity favorite The Ivy for a bite to eat!
When "America's Got Talent" launches its second season premiere tonight at 9 p.m. on NBC, there are some really weird acts, including a woman named BUSTY HART, who likes to break things (watermelons, bricks) with her breasts, and a 7-foot-2-inch man who simultaneously drinks milk through his nose while explosives are strapped to his stomach. But there are also some talented people: an 84-year-old who the judges say sings better than FRANK SINATRA and a four-year-old girl who those same judges compare to a young SHIRLEY TEMPLE.
"What I like about watching the show is there's an unpredictability about it," says creator/executive producer SIMON COWELL. "Everyone who comes on the stage genuinely believes that their act is what's going to take them to Vegas and make them multimillionaires -- every one of them."
No, they weren't together, but both Brits -- ELTON JOHN and SHARON OSBOURNE -- dined last night at Mr. Chow's in Beverly Hills. Hollywood.tv caught Sir Elton exiting the restaurant and being driven away, but the "America's Got Talent" judge stopped to chat with the paps as she waited for the valet to bring up her car.
SIR ELTON JOHN tied the knot with his partner of 12 years, DAVID FURNISH, in a small ceremony Wednesday in the U.K.'s Windsor Guildhall, the same day legislation went into effect legalizing civil partnerships in England and Wales.
The couple, dressed in traditional black suits, married in the presence of their parents, then came outside to be greeted by hundreds of happy onlookers and press. Elton said "thank you" to the supportive crowd, hopped into a black Rolls Royce and headed off for a large reception with around 700 guests, reportedly including GEORGE MICHAEL and VICTORIA BECKHAM.
DR. PHIL McGRAW and OZZY OSBOURNE may seem like strange bedfellows, but on Monday, TV's top doc knocks on the stained oak doors of the Prince of Darkness' manse for a most unusual house call. Fans of Dr. Phil's can catch the hourlong session on his daily syndicated show, while fans of MTV's "The Osbournes" can check out all the action on the season finale of the reality series that very same evening at 10 p.m.
Joining Ozzy will be wife SHARON, daughter KELLY and son JACK, when the life strategist takes a look at where the family has been and where they are going now that Ozzy is out of rehab and living his life clean and sober.

"We realized that Jack had the problem that he had, and we were waiting for a bed, in treatment, for him," Sharon tells Barbara. "We were waiting over two weeks for some place to open up and, through that time, Ozzy was still using."
