JACK JORDAN, the man convicted of stalking UMA THURMAN, was sentenced to three years probation on aggravated harassment and time served on Monday, and was told that he must seek psychiatric treatment.

Judge GREGORY CARRO issued a five-year order of protection, stating that Jordan cannot go near Thurman or her family.

In day two of a trial against JACK JORDAN, a man accused of stalking UMA THURMAN, the actress' parents took the stand.

Uma's dad, ROBERT, a professor of Tibetan studies at Columbia University, said that Jordan started writing to him in the winter of 2004-2005. He said that the man send him emails that went on for "pages and pages" and the letters contained frightening language like "Today the center of my forehead is ticking. I feel in love with your daughter, Uma. Often lately, these thoughts include Uma and when I see her or hear her voice, I feel very much in love. Like she and I refound each other. I imagined us in a cave a long time ago."

ET confirms the news that a woman who allegedly stalked actor JOHN CUSACK has been arrested. 

The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department released a statement to ET, which reads: "EMILY LEATHERMAN, 33, was booked on suspicion of felony stalking, violating a restraining order and petty theft. Leatherman, who was booked at the Malibu-Lost Hills station, is being held on $150,000 bail."
