Yankee all-star Alex Rodriguez isn't backing down without a fight in his divorce case! In papers that will be filed today in Miami, A-Rod wants his prenup enforced and allegations of "extramarital affairs and other misconduct" removed from the record.
Denise Richards asked a Los Angeles judge to change her child custody agreement with ex Charlie Sheen today but was denied, and will reportedly re-file with a different judge on Monday,
Sheen's attorney tells ET.
Sheen and his primetime TV sitcom, "Two and a Half Men," were nominated for Best Actor and Best Comedy Emmys today. Richards is the star of E! reality show: "Denise Richards: It's Complicated."
According to the New York Post, Alex Rodriguez's estranged wife Cynthia is allowing the baseball star to visit their older daughter Friday in Toronto -- for the first time since the couple's marriage fell apart in public view last week.
"Arrangements are being made that [the couple's three-year-old] is going to see her dad," Cynthia's divorce lawyer Earle Lilly told the paper.
Court has adjourned for the day in the Christie Brinkley and Peter Cook divorce trial.
Unlike past court days, Christie did not hold a press conference, saying nothing on her way out of the court. Peter, on the other hand, told cameras that he wishes he could go back four years and do things differently.
Now that the wife of baseball star Alex Rodriguez has filed for divorce in a Miami court on Monday, citing alleged "extramarital affairs" by her husband, how much could she stand to win? And does he have a pre-nup?
"This scorned Yankee wife could walk away with multi-millions," OK! magazine features director Rob Chilton tells us of Cynthia Rodriguez.
After the first day of her bitter divorce trial with Peter Cook ended Wednesday afternoon, Christie Brinkley addressed the press at a conference, saying, "You know, it's been a really long day, and I heard a lot of new things that I didn't know, and so I really think I'm not going to comment right now; I need some time to let it all absorb."
The stage is set for Christie Brinkley and Peter Cook's bitter divorce proceedings, which begin today in Long Island, NY, and will be open to the public per her request, which was granted by the judge in the case.
Diana Bianchi, the young woman in the middle of the Christie Brinkley split scandal, will testify in divorce court. Her attorney, Rosemarie Arnold, tells ET today: "She is looking to move forward in her life and regain her anonymity. She has not pursued a career in music by her own choice. That choice has nothing to do with Christie Brinkley or Peter Cook. She wants the media to respect her privacy."
Will they or won't they? Lawyers for CHRISTIE BRINKLEY and PETER COOK met at a hearing this morning in New York Supreme Court to discuss whether or not their divorce trial will be open to the public and the press. Lawyers for news media also had an opportunity to file motions for or against the notion. The hearing is done for the day.
BILL MURRAY is being sued for divorce by his wife of over 10 years, ET confirms.
His attorney, JOHN McDOUGALL, tells ET: "Bill Murray is deeply saddened by the breakup of his marriage. He and his wife are loving parents and they are committed to the best interests of their children and Mr. Murray has asked that the public respect his privacy at this difficult time."
