Actress AMANDA BYNES, who starred in the now-defunct CW sitcom "What I Like About You" and on the big screen in 'What a Girl Wants,' is branching out into the ever-popular world of celebrity fashion design.

Bynes has signed with clothing chain Steve & Barry's to create an exclusive line of apparel and accessories, according to Women's Wear Daily. It's slated to launch on August 10.
