There'll be no joy in Hollywood hotspot Hyde tonight! Fashion's acid-tongued MR. BLACKWELL has released his annual list of worst-dressed celebs, and several of Hollywood's over-exposed "It" girls have much to fear.

Party girls LINDSAY LOHAN, CHRISTINA AGUILERA, PARIS HILTON and BRITNEY SPEARS are all ranked in the top five, with Paris and Britney actually tying for first place.

NICOLE RICHIE has finally beat PARIS HILTON at something -- making the top of PETA's worst-dressed celeb list! The animal rights group, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, has just released its new list scolding celebs who wear fur.

Nicole replaced her gal pal Paris as the winner of this year's PETA honor. Paris has reportedly agreed to stop wearing fur after watching a graphic PETA video about the industry.
