The stars are set to share the screen for the first time since their 2011 rom-com 'Just Go With It.'

Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston are reuniting for the upcoming Netflix original comedy Murder Mystery.

Sandler stars as a New York City cop who takes his wife, played by Aniston, on a long-awaited trip to Europe. Due to a confluence of circumstances, the couple end up getting invited to a private family gathering held on the luxury yacht of an elderly billionaire.

When the billionaire ends up murdered, however, the married couple find themselves the main suspects in this "modern day whodunit," according to Netflix.

Penned by White House Down screenwriter James Vanderbilt, Murder Mystery reteams Sandler and Aniston for the first time since their 2011 rom-com, Just Go With It.

The film will be the sixth film that Sander has starred in and produced for Netflix after signing an exclusive multi-picture production deal in 2004. His previous work with the digital platform include The Ridiculous Six, The Do-Over and Sandy Wexler.

However, Murder Mystery marks Aniston's first time working on an original film for the streaming studio.

Aniston might not be the only former co-star Sandler may soon be reuniting with. On Wednesday, Drew Barrymore sat down on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, and she opened up about he possibility of doing a fourth film with the comedic actor.

"Adam and I talk all the time about our next thing, and we're like, 'But we're so fat, we're so old, what the f**k?'" she joked.

"Adam and I have done a movie every 10 years three decades in a row," she added, referring to The Wedding Singer, 50 First Dates and Blended. "You cannot mess with that, and we will do our 10-year ... we just haven't figured out what it is yet."

Sandler will next be appearing alongside former Saturday Night Live co-star Chris Rock in The Week Of, which is set to premiere on Netflix on April 27.

Recently, ET sat down with the comedians and they reminisced on their days on SNL, back when they had to share an office. Check out the video below to hear more.
