Jennifer Aniston, Selena Gomez, John Stamos and More to Attend WE Day 2018

A number of stars are expected to attend the world's largest youth empowerment event at The Forum in Inglewood, California, on April 19.

WE Day California officially kicks off next month, and once again, it will surely be star-studded!

ET has learned that Jennifer Aniston, Selena Gomez and Will Ferrell are some of the celebrities expected to attend the world's largest youth empowerment event at The Forum in Inglewood, California, on April 19.

"I'm constantly inspired by the determination in every single student at WE Day -- the energy they bring is unforgettable,” Gomez expressed in a statement. “This is my sixth WE Day and I can’t wait to share words of encouragement with thousands of young leaders who have accomplished so much worth celebrating. This generation is changing the world and I’m humbled to be a part of this special day with them.”

Hosted by John Stamos, this year's event will bring together over 16,000 students and educators from across the state for a powerful, life-changing experience featuring renowned speakers, innovative thought leaders and celebrity performers. 

In addition to the celebrities listed above, Morgan Freeman, Nicole Richie, Paula Abdul, Jenna Ortega, Dierks Bentley, Lily Collins, Maddie Ziegler, Jordan Fisher, Drew Scott, The Chainsmokers, Sofia Carson, Lonnie Chavis, Monique Coleman, Connor Franta, Martin Sheen, Lilly Singh, Henry Winkler, Spencer West, Winnie Harlow, Lele Pons, JoJo Siwa, Gunnar Gehl, DVSN, Celebrity Marauders and March for our Lives organizers Jackie Corin and Cameron Kasky are also expected to be on hand and help energize the crowd while sharing their personal passions for change.

A catalyst to support the movement of young people leading change, WE Day is a series of 19 stadium-sized events held across the U.S., Canada, the U.K. and the Caribbean. This past year, more than 200,000 students from over 10,000 schools attended WE Day events. 

WE Day will be filmed for a national televised broadcast special airing Aug. 17, 2018 at 8 p.m. ET/7 p.m. CT on ABC. In the meantime, watch the video below to hear highlights from last year's event!
