Kate Upton and Justin Verlander are one fit couple!

The supermodel and her baseball pro fiancé worked out with the U.S. Marine Corps on Tuesday, along with Verlander’s Detroit Tigers teammates and their wives, in support of Marine Week, an annual event that takes place in one city a year, that celebrates service and connects the public with U.S. armed forces. And the Motor City is ready to be this year’s host from Sept. 6-10!

“Thanks to the @USMC and GySgt Sara Pacheco for getting me ready for #MarineWeek and @winsforwarriors Patriot Ruck! #UnlikeAny #UAFreedom,” the 25-year-old model shared to Twitter.

Verlander sweetly gushed over his bride-to-be’s performance, tweeting, “Great time w/ the @USMC watching @KateUpton crush a workout! Join at @Marine_Week and @winsforwarriors Patriot Ruck #uafreedom @underarmour.”

“#TigersWives rock!” tweeted the Detroit baseball team's charity, Tigers Foundation. “Working out with @USMC today to promote Marine Week coming to Detroit & @winsforwarriors Patriot Ruck on September 9. 💪😅.”

Meanwhile, Upton and Verlander are gearing up for their upcoming nuptials.
