The star also shared why you'll never find her without a bottle of water.

As she prepares to welcome her first child, Khloe Kardashian is sharing her top tips for maintaining a healthy diet while pregnant.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star published a new post on her app, Khloe With a K, in which she revealed her five “golden rules” for all things food -- and it all comes down to organization and prep!

“I'm serious about my organization in the kitchen,” explained Kardashian, who’s expecting a daughter with her basketball star boyfriend, Tristan Thompson. “It's been SO key to my body's transformation to be organized when it comes to food.”

The reality star shared how she stocks water, “like it’s going out of style,” everywhere from her bedside table and in her car to next to the toilet. She also has a generous supply of almond butter, raw veggies, chicken breasts, avocados and eggs because, “greens and healthy fats are your besties when you’re trying to drop some pounds.”

Another handy tip included stocking healthy food on eye-level shelves in her fridge and pantry, and keeping cheat-day treats and carb-heavy items in “hidden” corners.

But it’s how Kardashian spends her Sundays that are key to her impressive figure.

“Forget church,” she declared. “Your altar is your cutting board (joking, of course): chop, store, chop some more, wash, repeat. Get all your containers for the week packed and soup made. Whatever you have to do to keep your belly constantly full of good-for-you food!”

While she's well-disciplined when it comes to these rules and practises, Kardashian recently admitted that she does give in to pregnancy cravings when they hit her, but is careful to do, “everything in moderation.”

"During my pregnancy, I'm obviously not beating myself up about what I'm eating at all,” she wrote on a previous post on her app. "I'm more encouraged by how, after the baby comes, I'm going to work off every pound. I'm actually really excited to get my body back. I can't wait!"
