Jennifer Lopez has certainly made a name for herself over the years but that didn't stop the diva from running into a little lobby trouble!

In the latest promo for her upcoming Kohl's line, Lopez has an abrupt run-in with security in the Kohl's building when she forgets her ID. While most would grant a superstar like her immediate access, this security guard does his best to "remain professional."
